December Recipe Club

I hosted December's Recipe Club and the theme was "Eat, Drink and Be Merry"!  Everyone brought finger foods/appetizers.  We had a small group this month, but we had a great time eating some yummy food, playing Dirty Santa and celebrating the holidays!  Our blog should have these recipes up sometime this week!

We didn't have that many dishes around the table, but we somehow ended up all being stuffed!

Nothing says the holidays like some "Jingle Juice"!

Libby's Arrival: Part Two

On Day #2, I wasn't able to make it to the hospital until around lunchtime...so I snapped as many pics as I could while I was there!   :)

A huge thank you to Sister's nurse for making Libby's "bow hat"...we all LOVED it!

I spent some time with my newest DB earlier today and she seems to be adjusting to life at home pretty well!  So far, we know that she likes bath time but does not like having her diaper changed!  I'll leave y'all with this sweet picture of Libby snoozin' away!   :)

Libby's Arrival: Part One

Since Sister will be carrying Libby in a baby carrier, she thought DB might need one of her own!  Can't wait to see K hauling her baby dolls around in this!

Happy Birthday, Elizabeth Decker Crowe!!

Welcome to the world Baby Libby!  She arrived at 3:11 pm and weighed in at 6.3 lbs and was 19 inches long. 

Well, when I woke up today I never thought today would be the day Libby was going to arrive.  (Sister was supposed to be induced next Wednesday, the 7th) But in true Decker fashion, she had to make a dramatic entrance.  We almost all missed her arrival!  I won't be TMI and give you all the details, but let's just say she was in a hurry to get here...apparently Sister is a birthing queen!  :)

So far, DB likes Libby!  She's been very gentle with her and asking TONS of questions...let's hope her enthusiasm for her little sister continues!  :)
