My mom refers to Easter as "her Christmas". It's by far her favorite holiday and it's absolutely one of my favorite times to be at home. The Crowes were able to join us this year and we celebrated all weekend!
Friday afternoon, we kicked off the weekend with a little egg hunt in the yard!
After finding all the eggs, it was time for sidewalk chalk!
Dee Dee always has the cutest things up her sleeve...she surprised the girls with "Cinnabunnies" Saturday morning!
After a big breakfast, it was time for the annual egg hunt at church!
Later that afternoon, Dee Dee let the girls dye some of their own eggs...well, with a little help from the adults! ha
After rest time, GrandBobby and Dee Dee gave the girls their Easter treats. This was of course DB's favorite thing out of her whole basket!
And this was Libbys! I had to document her jeggings she has on because they're so funny...makes her look like she has some junk in the trunk!
Dee Dee made her infamous homemade lasagna, so GrandBobby pitched in a magnum of my fave!
She got up so early on Easter Sunday, it was like she thought it was Christmas!
The Easter Bunny came to see the girls...this was Libby's basket...
and this was Katherines!
The Crowes looked so spiffy for church at First Pres!
Easter weekend wouldn't be complete without a big spread for Sunday lunch...Dee Dee always outdoes herself!
