The Decker's packed up and headed west to see our Tigers play last week. I think we were all in shock that we were actually going to Pasadena...who would have ever thought it was possible? We had all of our orange outfits planned out and were praying for a W and some celeb spottings! Despite the loss and me losing my voice for the whole trip, it truly was the trip of a lifetime!
We didn't fly Southwest, but I had to photograph their school spirit...we loved it!
#wareagle
Our plane was all AU and we loved all the signs and decorations the Delta staff had put up for us!

The Busbys were on our flight to LA...we had to document our arrival into LAX!
#readytoseesomecelebs
Our hotel was in Beverly Hills, so after we dropped off our luggage it was time to hit the streets for some shopping and some food!

If you know me at all, you know I'm a HUGE Bravo watcher...think I watch all the shows that come on that channel. While we were walking around looking for a place to eat lunch, we stumbled upon Villa Blanca....Sister and I freaked out and demanded we eat there for a late lunch. It was beautiful and did not disappoint!

The chicken lettuce cups were de-lish!!
#yummysalad
Never thought this would happen...Scheana (star on Vanderpump Rules) was our waitress! After breaking out in hives and shaking, we asked for a pic...she was super nice and obliged the preppy girls from Alabama!

Saturday night it was off to West Hollywood for dinner at Beso...the inside was too dark to photograph, but it was GORGEOUS!

Sunday morning it was time for brunch at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills...wow is all I can say. One of the most amazing dining experiences I have ever had. OOC over the top food and service!

Dad loved having brunch with some of his old fraternity brothers from AU!
#pikes
After brunch, Sister and I met up with her friends at the infamous Ivy for a few drinks!
#raspberrygimlet
When we got back to the hotel, I told Sister we needed to walk to the grocery story to get some bottled water. And look who we ran into while shopping! Ken Vanderpump! He was super nice, chatted with us for at least 10 minutes and gave us great recommendations for our upcoming dinner at SUR later that night. He even called SUR and hooked us up with a WONDERFUL table!
#celebspottingnumbertwo
Dinner at SUR was as fabulous as we hoped it would be. Saw Kristen, Tom, Peter, Ken and Lisa, and Christina. I can't believe they all actually work there! Ken and Jiggy came by our table to chat and take a few pics!

Still can't believe this happened!

Tom was working the lounge bar all night!
#celebspottingnumberthree
We were all on cloud 9 after our amazing SUR dinner!
#SUR
A major check off the bucket list for Sister and me!
#SURLOUNGE
After dinner, we headed over to Chateau Marmont for a few drinks...I lost my voice and was basically mute. Thanks girls, for putting up with me!
#novoice
Monday it was time to get serious for game day! We started the day off with lunch in Beverly Hills with AK's friends...and yes, we saw more celebs! The Altman Brothers form Million Dollar Listing sat a few tables down from us...Dad wouldn't let us ask for a picture! ;)

Sister and I sat in the corner of the endzone...we had amazing seats and sat around some of the funnest, greatest people! I cried from the moment we sat down until the game started...love my Tigers!

Despite the loss, it was a wonderful trip. We got to do so many things I never thought we'd get to do: dine at Villa Blanca and SUR, take a SOULCYCLE class, go to the Ivy, shop Rodeo Drive, see the Hollywood sign, and watch our Tigers play inside the Rose Bowl. It was truly a miracle football season and I couldn't be more proud of my team.
Auburn means so much more to me than football. My parents met there, got married there, Sister and I both went there, and we both met the most amazing groups of friends there. Auburn truly is my family...if you haven't experienced it, you just don't understand it. Was I disappointed that we lost? Of course. But, it didn't ruin our trip. We all wore our orange and blue home with pride. We said so many "War Eagle"s on the trip, I couldn't begin to count. I will carry the memories of Auburn blowing up LA with me forever! Still so surreal. It's always great to be an Auburn tiger!!
