Girls Beach Trip

While I was at the beach with my fam, I was able to spend a few days with some of my favorite girls!  Sydney, who just so happens to live in Destin, a.k.a. heaven, hosted our summer girls trip.  Her house is literally right down the street from the beach.  Her house is to-die-for cutely decorated and she had every detail planned out for us!

Just a forewarning, I didn't really take a lot of pictures on this trip...I spent my time enjoying my friends!

We spent the first few hours sitting around Syd's kitchen table just catching up!  If only I could remember what they were looking at on the phone!

Chelsey made the most UH-MAZING pimento cheese...it literally consumed our whole weekend! ha

Syd's specialty is Sangria...we ran threw quite a few pitchers of this over the weekend!

We made a "go-cup" and headed over to the beach to watch the sun set on Friday night...it was beautiful!

After pizza, it was time to celebrate Bailey and Syd's birthday!

After a beautiful day on the beach, we got dressed for dinner at Camilles!

Syd, thanks for a wonderful weekend!  The conversations, food and atmosphere couldn't have been any better.  Sure wish we all lived closer to each other...miss y'all already!

In other news, we learned that Bess is PREGNANT!!  YAY!!  Bess, we are so thrilled for you and Jason and we can't wait 'til January when we find out what Baby Weeks is.    :)

Family Beach Trip

The Decker's had a wonderful trip to the beach last week.  We were there for seven days with the whole fam...all under one roof!  It was crazy at times, but we wouldn't have had it any other way.  We spent our days swimming, eating and riding around in our baby blue golf cart!

GrandBobby got to spend Father's Day with all his girls!

Daddy D's request for lunch on Father's Day was at Pompano Joe's...our favorite place for crab claws!

The Crowe girls were pumped to be on vacay for the week!

My DB kept stealing my fedora...honestly, it looks better on her than it does on me!

DeeDee took DB to the "splash pad" one night...she had a BLAST!

One morning, I busted out my new lens for a photo session of the girls in their matching swimsuits.

We drove down to Destin one day for lunch at one of our all-time favorite spots...The Back Porch!

The waves were OOC, but we did spend some time at the beach!

The Crowes and I had a "date night" at Caliza!

I sure could get used to the beach life...we went on early morning bike rides, rarely put on make-up, ate tons of seafood, and swam at all hours of the day.  But my favorite part was just being altogether. 
Mom and Dad, thank you so much for such a wonderful trip!

DB's First Sleepover

First of all, let me apologize for my blogging hiatus...I've become a victim of the insanity of summer! 

A couple of weeks ago, DB spent the night at my house for the first time by herself...we had been planning it for weeks.  On the agenda: pizza, snacks, and lots of Disney movies! 

She tried to sneak into the front seat of my car!

She was all packed and ready to go!

(This was only one of her bags...in true Decker fashion, she had about 4 bags total with her!)

First on our agenda...Pocahontas and popcorn!

DB is so like me...she takes her animals/dolls everywhere with her.  This bear, "Snuggle" was Sister's when she was little!

DB had never seen a "pizza man", so I treated her to a pepperoni pizza delivered right to my door just for her...she thought it was SUPER cool!

After pizza, we made "skinny" rice krispy treats...she was such a big helper!

When I caught her jumping off the couch, I knew it was time for bed!

DB, I LOVED having you over for our first slumber party!  I have a feeling this is the first of MANY more to come...love you!
